Amy is drawing at a desk similar to those used by the French who came to seek their fortune in gold, but made more money as artists. There were booths set up to represent several different nations. They showed how the people lived and made their living during the gold rush. Many had interactive displays so the children could get a hands on history lesson.

Great pics, especially the one of all of you. I can see it on the Gillham Family Gazette already. I wonder, why is it so difficult to get entire family photos.
I'll bet the kids loved whatever was going on when that last picture was taken. My kids would be so excited to see something like that.

The last picture was taken during a parade of some sorts. There was stuff like that all day long.
Jessica, we're thinking about making a cd to send out this year instead of the usual Christmas newsletter. Sean got some new software he's excited to use.
