My mom also has a "near" Christmas birthday, so we took her out to Madonna Inn where they serve mile high cakes in a restaurant that is decadently decorated.
Amy received a new doll, lots of doll accessories and a matching coat. Sean and Evan and I had fun making pretend fruits, veggies, cookies and candy out of sculpy clay for her and her dolls.

That doll looks just like you, Christina. Is it an American Girl? My OB (who has 2 girls) has told us all about that obsession. Wow! What interesting things I have coming my way.

Jessica, the doll is an American Girl doll. It is Amy's favorite toy these days. They make very nice dolls and Amy loves the books, but half the time we either make the accessories or buy them at Target. (Or wait for Grandmas to buy them!)
